SMA launched the ATM project in the municipality of Rechmaya -Aley by signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the municipality, represented by its president, Mr. Mansour Moubarak. This project aims to create an interactive website for the municipality and conduct three workshops in preparation for establishing the concept of an electronic municipality, enhancing positive interaction between the municipality and the local community, and promoting principles of transparency, As a part of #BINA' (Building integrity and national accountability in Lebanon ) project subgrants, funded by European Union in Lebanon and managed by Transparency International and
